WeCare in Montoursville is actively seeking an organized and motivated, Nursing Scheduler for our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Tracks and verifies all employee hours, overtime, and call outs daily.
Ability to rearrange staff schedule.
Manage the facility labor management process.
Reviews and tracks requests for time off.
Coordinates scheduling changes with management.
Serves as a liaison with staff.
Responds to emergency situations and calls offs to ensure coverage.
Reconciles nursing timecard daily.
Daily PA HPPD tracking
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
Long term care experience required
Previous scheduling experience.
