To enhance fundraising efforts, the part-time Fundraising and External Relations Director will manage donor relationships, secure major gifts, and oversee fundraising technology platforms while working remotely nationwide. Key responsibilities Leverage existing relationships to secure new and repeat funding through major gifts and sponsorships Develop and maintain active donor pipelines, executing tailored cultivation and stewardship plans Oversee the selection and implementation of fundraising technology platforms to support donor tracking and compliance Required qualifications Master's Degree plus 10 years of experience in non-profit or healthcare management Advanced major gift solicitation and closing techniques Proven ability to independently manage full fundraising cycles Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Experience with CRM and donor platform literacy (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge)
