Call Center Representative

Full-time • In-office • $400 weekly base pay + uncapped commission

Sparta Networking is hiring Call Center Representatives to assist customers with travel bookings and reservation changes. Bring your communication skills and willingness to learn. We'll provide paid training on the services and booking systems.

The position at a glance

You'll handle incoming calls from customers who need help reviewing travel options, making reservations, or updating an existing booking. Your job is to explain the available choices clearly, answer questions, and keep each customer's information accurate.

Along with customer service, this position includes sales opportunities with uncapped commission.

During a typical shift, you'll:

• Discuss available travel services and booking options with callers.
• Complete reservations and process scheduling or account changes.
• Answer questions and explain the next steps in the booking process.
• Document conversations and verify reservation details.
• Work with your team when a customer's request needs additional assistance.

Hours that stay consistent

Choose from two full-time Monday-Friday shifts:

• Day: 9:45 AM-5:00 PM
• Evening: 3:00 PM-10:00 PM

Both schedules are in-office.

Experience is welcome. Training is provided.

Retail, hospitality, sales, customer service, and office experience can all translate well to this role. Previous call center or travel experience is helpful but isn't required.

We're looking for someone who listens carefully, speaks clearly, and stays organized while using a computer and assisting customers. Reliability, basic typing skills, and a professional approach are essential. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

You'll receive $400 in weekly base pay , opportunities to earn uncapped commission , and ongoing support from the team.
